Skin & Brow Studio permits cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel within the 48 hour window will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations no later than 48 hours prior to reservation are accepted.
Late Policy:
There is a grace period of 10 minutes which will be deducted from your appointment time. Anything later than 15 minutes will result in a $20 surcharge in order to reschedule.
No Show Policy:
There is a zero tolerance for no-shows. We understand circumstances arise and cause sudden changes of plans. But to protect the quality of our work, we enforce a 100% service charge for those who no-show. Ensuring you contact your provider, and receive a response confirming your appointment cancellation will help avoid this.
Prior to Treatment:
IMPORTANT–Please avoid use of retinol, AHA, BHA’s, Benzoyl Peroxide, ( All Active Ingredients) 24 hours prior to Treatment.
It is imperative that you consult your doctor & myself if you have any predisposed health conditions that prohibits you from laying down for a prolonged period of time, receive massage, use of AHA, BHA, or peels. or steam.
